Site Maintenance

  All site maintenance is performed via FTP or Microsoft FrontPage. Your account is available 7/24/365, unless the server is down for maintenance. It is expected that you will maintain your own site. We are extremely generous with allowed disk space and hope you will make backups before any changes. While we do make daily user backups, it could take us a while to restore your account if it were accidentally deleted or changed. Please consider the following:  

• Make backups before making any changes
• Make sure your pages have either .htm or .html extensions
• Check for character case. Web Servers are case sensitive while your editor might not be.
• Check ownership and group. Both should be your login ID.

  If all else fails, we can maintain your site for a low monthly fee. Send us E-Mail with your needs for a quote.
